How to Become a Member

Online Registration for memberships for the 2024 season will open by Friday, March 15.

Before playing on the club tennis courts, you must register online. You will be emailed an agreement email with e-Transfer® payment instructions, and later a waiver to be signed, scanned and emailed back — or given to a Club Pro — before your first day of play.
A final membership confirmation email (with the lock combination) will follow, which you need to bring with you on each day of play.

To ensure that emails sent to you from the Club are not filtered as spam you may need to add “” to your contacts or mail server Safe Senders list, depending upon your email client or server.

Online Registration

BOTH of the following are required:

  1. Complete Shared Address form
  2. Complete one Activity form for each player — ALL are required to agree with any current COVID requirements.

Please provide an email address that you check regularly, as an email response will be sent after your registration is complete and payment is received. The club will not provide your personal contact information to anyone outside the club executive, unless specifically authorized by the member concerned.

If you are starting a new membership form, click “New Membership Application” — if you are returning to review, edit or print an existing application form, click “Previous Member Log-in” to sign in with the email address and password you used when signing up.
